2. Decryption with AES Key
   2.1 Alogorithm
       AES256
   2.2 Padding
       PKCS7
   2.3 Initial Vector
       All-zero initialized IV
   2.4 Interface with NWd
       - The size of cipher text : 1 ~1024B
       - The size of plain text : 1 ~ 1024B
