2.2. Running Qualcomm Configuration Tool

2.2.1. Windows

The Windows installer will add short cuts to the Windows Start Menu. Run by selecting the Start -> All Programs -> Qualcomm Device Configuration Tool -> ConfigTool.

2.2.2. Ubuntu 16.04

The Ubuntu Debian installer should install this tool onto the normal shell path (a soft link in /usr/local/bin). Run the tool like this:

qconf

Once it is running, right click on the tool’s icon in the taskbar and select the “Lock to Launcher” option to make the tool always available on this bar.
